    Jon,

Thanks for posting this article. I was told that it made the issue but I hadn’t been able to see a copy yet. I should be back around father’s day. It looks like I’ll be coaching at Putnam next year.

BTW the USN are the current Kabul Interservice Champs

i played at laxworld last year with beaverton select team. And after our tournament ended we watched the rhino team play. My team loved that tournament and i would certainly go again if it happened this year. I love watching the club teams come to Portland and play. I hope it doesn’t get cancelled this year

This tournament has gone downhill year after year since it’s hay-day in the mid 90’s. Let’s see – exclusion of women’s teams and pushing them off on inferior fields? check. Inclusion of youth and High School teams in place of the women’s teams and college clubs? check. Over priced beer gardens and outrageous increases in tournament fees? check. It’s no wonder the tournament is no longer able to attact the talent and number of teams it once did. Hell, the tournament even makes the teams supply their own balls for the games…….

Big shocker – Flood killed the tournament

  1. I don’t know how you keep posting such great info, must take a lot of research. Thank you for your hard work.

  2. It is almost considered a right. ,

Should i go with the Clutch X or this Gospel?

  4. That is a toss up and depends on what position you play. If you play Middie and take some face-offs I would say Clutch… If not I like the gospel for both attack or D.

Thanks for the advise, but my often does it break?
cause i read a couple of sites, people say it is really easy to break~

  5. It’s really a shame that politics has forced these young men to cancel what could have been an opportunity of a lifetime. Wednesday night, they were still stranded in New York and so my summer team scheduled a scrimmage against them in Bayville. The young men showed a lot poise and skill, and it will be without a doubt that they soon will be contenders for the championship.
