[1/26/09] ST MARY’S JV COACH OPENING

Hello everyone,

With 4 weeks to go to the start of a new spring season, I am emailing to see if any of you know someone who might like to coach lacrosse.

My co-coach, Reniera Eddy, has decided to take the year off to be at home with her new baby.
I am looking for a JV Coach for our St. Mary’s Lacrosse Program. The season starts (as most of you know) on Mon. Feb. 23rd and goes through the third week of May. We practice from 6:00-8:00pm, M-F, on Stott (Portland State’s Turf Field in downtown Portland).
If you know of anyone who might be interested, will you please give them my email. AND, if you are interested, please let me know. I cannot say enough nice things about the girls at SMA as well as the support our program gets from the school. It is a great job.
Thanks.

Previous coaching experience at any level or college-level playing experience is required. Special consideration will be given to any candidates with experience as a goalie coach.

Candidates must be available for evening practices five days a week, starting in February 2009. The regular season runs through May. Compensation will depend on experience. Those interested in applying should submit a cover letter and resume to westviewlacrosse@rocketmail.com.
